All state schools in Queensland have a catchment area where they will draw the majority of their students from. Some schools including Heatley State School are nearing capacity so they have an enrolment management plan in place to ensure that students who live in their catchment area are able to enrol in their school.
Depending on enrolment numbers, there may be out-of-catchment vacancies through the year. If you are interested in our great school for your child, please contact us to discuss their enrolment.
School catchment areas can be found on the Department of Education and Training's
Edmap site - you can type in the name of a school or your own street address. On the
Edmap site, schools with enrolment management plans in place are indicated in red.
