Heatley State School is a proud partner school in the North Queensland Cowboys Adopt-a-School Program. Since 2023 our Adopt-a-Cowboy is Griffin Neame.
We are pleased to welcome Griffin back to Heatley State School as he worked here as a teacher aide in 2018-2019.

From 2020-2022 our Adopt-a-Cowboy was Ben Condon. Ben also worked as a teacher aide at Heatley in 2018-2019. Ben now plays for the Manly-Warringah Sea-Eagles.
